Manual therapy can benefit anyone: if you are suffering with pain, promoting athletic recovery, improving posture, healing an injury, or just curious to learn more about yourself.

Bodywork illuminates the habitual patterns gathered throughout your life that are held within the tissues of the body. With a focus on myofascial release and structural integration, we identify these patterns and work the connective and muscular tissue to bring awareness and alignment into the body. I offer sessions at three beautiful local yoga studios in Boston: Back Bay Yoga Union and Soma Yoga Center. I am also available for outcalls for a small travel fee.

Sessions range from 30-120 minutes, but are flexible based on your preference.
