It’s never too early, or too late, to be yourself.

Natalie is a farmer, in life and in her yoga teaching. She finds meaning in being an assistant to growth, whether it’s through gardening, helping individuals thrive in their own unique yoga practice, or building and integrating healthy movement patterns into their lives. Natalie is dedicated to the cultivation of self discovery, curiosity, empowerment, and joy.

Her yoga classes are challenging because she believes in the strength and resilience of her students. Her sequences are dynamic, powerful, and light-hearted with a fluidity that provides the opportunity for students to shift their awareness in and observe their true nature while discovering their own strength. The asana practice provides the opportunity to be more mindful through movement which will bring more awareness into all aspects of daily life. Natalie practices yoga everyday (sometimes on the mat, sometimes off the mat) to cultivate gratitude to her teachers, kindness to herself and others, and patience to accept what is.

In early 2020, Natalie completed her 200hr at South Boston Yoga under David Vendetti and Todd Skoglund. She went on to study at Boston Yoga Union in 2021 for her 300hr under Tim Kelleher, Emily Tevald, and Caitlyn Visconte. In 2022, Natalie found a deep resonance in the Ashtanga yoga system which has become the ground that her practice and teaching are rooted in. She went on to practice and study under the guidance of Rich Ray in New England and David Fredriksson in Stockholm. Natalie has a well of respect for the lineage of her teachers and the ancient roots of yoga. She believes wholeheartedly in approaching everything with a beginner mindset; treating everyone as your teacher and every moment as an opportunity to listen. Life is a continuous and steady practice of observation.

In 2021, Natalie trained in massage therapy at The New England School of Theraputics (aka the NEST) under Richmond Dickson. The applications of manual therapy go far beyond physical benefits, allowing the receiver to understand how their lifestyle patterns and experiences have shaped the tissues of their body. Natalie practices an amalgamation of several massage techniques such as myofascial, neuromuscular, sports massage, and relaxation/Swedish therapies. She primarily implements myofascial release with heavy influence of Structural Integration.

Natalie studied Environmental Science concentrated in Conservation Science at Northeastern University from 2016-2020. She used her background in science to simplify and improve agricultural practices to provide higher yields of healthier and more nutrient dense crops while lowering the impact on the environment. She was previously the Farm Manager at Boston Microgreens from 2018-2021, supplying produce to the majority of Boston Restaurants. In 2020, Natalie singlehandedly developed an overgrown plot of land into a flourishing garden. Now, she finds small but meaningful ways to grow food in the city of Boston.

Natalie believes that practice, curiosity, and awareness are the most powerful tools for a fulfilling and peaceful life.
